A&E Claims Service

Staking Our Claim on Settling Yours

At A&E Claims Service, we stake our reputation as the region’s premier independent insurance adjuster on our ability to quickly, accurately, and professionally settle your claim. Established in 2019 after the merger of two independent adjusting firms founded in the 1990’s, and serving the Southeastern United States, we are a multi-line independent insurance adjusting company and claims service.

The Founders

Meet William Adams, Partner:

William founded Carolina Adjusting Service after almost two decades working as a senior staff and catastrophe adjuster for various insurance companies, among them Nationwide Insurance, GAB, USF&G, and Great American.  William’s tenure included working several high-profile hurricanes and other catastrophes. As a firsthand witness to the destruction, William forged a personal commitment to address each and every claim – and the face or family behind it – as quickly, accurately and professionally as possible.

Meet Chris Edge, Partner:

Like Father, Like Son aptly describes the entry of Chris into the family business in 2002. Chris is proud to carry on the traditions and tenets of his stepfather, Rex, of White Insurance Adjusters. Chris’s investigative and paramedic skills give him a unique advantage over competitors in his ability to communicate with clients, evaluate, adjust and settle claims.  Chris oversees daily operations and specializes in large and suspicious loss.  Chris purchased White Insurance Adjusters in 2013 after a decade working as a senior staff and catastrophe adjuster.  Chris’s tenure includes working high profile hurricanes and catastrophes.  He and William share the vision to handle claims as quickly, accurately and professionally as possible.

Our licensed, trained adjusters have decades of experience in claims adjustment and maintain licensure in all states where A&E Claims Service does business. Each hand-selected adjuster carries Error & Omissions insurance and holds current certification with the National Flood Insurance Program.
